Fitness Retreats at Petit Careme

Beginning September 2016, Caribbean Fitness and Fat Burning Vacations will be offering fitness/weight-loss retreats at Petit Careme.

Come experience a transformative, fun tropical vacation on our enchanting Caribbean island.

Delicious home-cooked organic meals will provide the fuel for a unique exercise programme which includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and stretching in magnificent outdoor settings.

A typical day starts with an early walk to a beautiful beach for deep breathing and a variety of gentle Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi or Qi Gong exercises and a refreshing swim. class="indent">After breakfast there is time to relax before the next activity, which might be Nordic hiking in the rainforest to a waterfall and stretching or light weight bearing muscle strengthening exercises.class="indent">After lunch you have more free time to work on your tan, relax or swim and snorkel, explore Tobago on your own. class="indent">Optional activities* include horse riding on the beach, diving, windsurfing, sailing, golf, paddle boarding, kayaking or fishing. class="indent">Whatever you choose to do, don't forget to catch the sunset from the beach!  class="indent">Since we promise low carb meals, a typical dinner might be grilled fresh-caught Mahi Mahi, with perfectly cooked local vegetables, and a delicious mega-salad.
